Hi Friends!! Whether you are a part of our Sonlight Kids Ministry, or are just checking us out and visiting, we WELCOME you here:)

This week as we celebrate Thanksgiving, I challenge you to live out a thankful heart as you spend time with your family this week. Especially with Christmas coming up, I'm sure many of us have been wishing for different toys, gadgets, and things for us to have.

But I believe the reason why Thanksgiving comes before Christmas, is because we need to remember that before giving and receiving, we need to be thankful for the things we have (and besides, the main point of Christmas isn't about gifts here on earth, but is about the gift that is Jesus, amen?).

As you speak with your mom, dad, sibling, grandparent, WHOEVER is in your family: take the time to say a word that lets them know you are thankful for them! Wouldn't you love to hear someone say thank you to YOU? Let's be the person to bless others!

My friend, have a blessed Thanksgiving weekend; may God remind you of His blessings and love over you, and fill your heart to the brim and over!
