We live in a world that scoffs at the idea of angels, fallen angels, and the devil. Seriously—most people no longer believe in these things. But Scripture makes no apology. It simply declares their reality: there is a devil, there are unbelievers, and he is here with us.

It’s one thing for the world to dismiss this conflict. It’s quite another for Christians to walk around oblivious to it. We can know the right theology in theory—and yet live as if it’s not real. As A.W. Tozer famously said, life isn’t a playground…it’s a battlefield.
