(JOHN CHAPTER 2 – continued)
Verse 18……. The Jews demanded a “sign” from Jesus.
1st Corinthians 1:21-24….. Matthew 16:1-4

Verse 19….. Jesus answered the Jews request, by saying “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up”.
Matthew 26:59-65………. Matthew 28:1-10

Verse 20….. The Jews do not understand the spiritual answer Jesus gave to them.
1st Corinthians 2:14-16….. Romans 8:5-8….. Proverbs 3:5

Verse 21….. Jesus was speaking of the temple of His body.
1st Corinthians 3:16….. 1st Corinthians 6:19-20….

His disciples remembered that Jesus said that to them.

Verse 23…. After seeing the miracles Jesus did, many believed.
