JOHN CHAPTER 15 (continued)
Verse 9… Christ reminds us that as the Father has loved Him, so He loves us.  Then Jesus says, ‘continue in my love”.
John 17:22-23… James 1:25…
          Verse 10… We are to keep God’s commandments and abide in His love.
Mark 12:30-31… John 14:15… 1st John 5:1-3…
          Verse 11… Jesus wants His joy to remain in us, so that our joy might be full.
Psalm 5:11… Isaiah 12:2-4… Jeremiah 15:16… John 16:22-24… Romans 14:17… 1st John 1:3-4…         
Verse 12… Jesus states that His commandment is that we love one another.
1st Corinthians 13:1-8… 1st Thessalonians 4:9-10… 1st Peter 4:8
          Verse 13… Jesus said there is no love greater that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Romans 5:6-9…  Romans 12:1-2… Ephesians 5:1-2…
          Verse 14… Jesus tells the disciples that we are His friends if we do what He commands us to do…”love one another”.
Proverbs 17:17… Proverbs 18:24… Proverbs 27:17… James 2:23
          Verse 15… Jesus has called us “friends”.
Proverbs 22:11… Matthew 11:16-19… James 2:23
