This week we looked at Discipline & Righteousness in the Proverbs and throughout Scripture. Check this verse out: Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid (Proverbs 12:1 ESV). These are strong words to people. They're even stronger when you come to grips with the fact that most of us do not take correction ("reproof") very well! But the reality is that God does correct and discipline His children.
