Have you ever had one of those moments when your GPS tells you to go a certain way, and you think, “Nope, I know a better route”? You ignore it, only to get stuck in traffic or completely lost in some neighborhood you’ve never seen before. Isn’t it funny how we trust that little voice until it tells us something we don’t want to hear? This little GPS adventure reminds us of Samson. You see, Samson had a clear call from God and some precise commands he needed to follow to fulfill that calling. But like many of us, Samson thought he knew better and decided to take a few detours.

Over the next 6 weeks, we will study the life of Samson and the book of Judges in this collection of talks, Dating Delilah. Unpacking what it looks like to remain faithful to calling and commitment.
