“The Choice is Yours”
Joshua 24:15
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Intro: Since the Lord God created the human family as intelligent, moral and spiritual beings, we have power and privilege to choose. None other of the creation has this total ability. We can at our own expense and outcome, choose right or wring, good or bad, Christ or Satan, Heaven or Hell. It is up to you how you die - as a sinner or Saint.
I. Power of Choice (Deuteronomy 30:19-20)
Deuteronomy 30:19-20
19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
20 That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
A. Ability - power of understanding
B. Authentic - certain, true, right
C. Aspiration - good, honest, upright
II. Personal Choice (Matthew 16:15)
A. Family cannot make this choice
B. Friends cannot make this choice
C. Foes cannot make this choice
III. Privilege of Choice (Psalms 8:4-9)
A. God given privilege
B. Grace of God
C. Govern human family
IV. Purpose of Choice (Hebrews 11:25)
Hebrews 11:25
Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
A. Decides for or against Christ
B. Definite direction defined
C. Determines which place for eternity
V. Popular Choice (Matthew 7:13-14)
Matthew 7:13-14
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
A. Worldly - wicked and sinful
B. Wealthy - riches enslave their soul
C. Wrong - is directed by Satan
2 Timothy 3:4
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
A. Season of sensation
B. Shackle fastening fetters of sin (Romans 6:23)
C. Servants of sin are sentenced to slavery
VII. Permanent Choice (Hebrews 9:27)
Hebrews 9:27
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
A. Happiness - forever with Christ
B. Heaven - forever with all its glory OR
C. Horror - forever without help
D. Hell - forever without hope
VI. Pleasure’s Choice (1 Timothy 5:6; 2 Timothy 3:4)
1 Timothy 5:6
But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
