Established during the New York International Children's Film Festival of 2008 by co-founder Eric Beckman and his partner Emily Shapiro, GKIDS seems to be well intentioned. Unfortunately, the studio's presence is an example of the "dead works" (Hebrews 9:14) that are vain and fruitless. I use bible principles in this video to explain why the presence of GKIDS is vain and pointless.

Disclaimer: I'm not speaking against foreign animated films, I'm just saying that the presence of GKIDS is "futile, a chasing after the wind"(Ecclesiastes 1:14).
