“Fear not” is a phrase that Jesus uses repeatedly because every fear of man and circumstances is mistrust of God. It is impossible to please God without trusting in Him and placing our faith in Him. Fear is a hypothetical emotional high jacker of the peace and faith we ought always to enjoy. In fact, most of things we are afraid of do not even happen. On the contrary, faith stabilizes, mobilizes, and energizes children of God.
