Ruth Levi had met Jesus in-person, attended Charis from the directions of an angel, and married the man she had seen in her dreams, and yet getting into real-estate still took a leap of faith. This is the story of how the teachings of Charis Bible College and Billy Epperhart, helped one young couple from England grow wealth God’s way when all the odds had stacked against them.

After leaving the Sikh Hindu religion, Ruth’s adventure with God brought her of all places to Charis Bible College in Walsall, England. While sitting under the word, Ruth discovered not only her new identity in Christ, but the callings and dreams God had for her future ministry in India. With the country having the largest poverty rate in the world, Ruth knew that God didn’t just want her to preach the Gospel, but to also bring lasting change by teaching financial stewardship.

After meeting Michael, her now husband, Ruth started listening to the teachings of Billy Epperhart, the CEO of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Wealth Builders. Thanks to Billy’s encouragement on investing in real-estate, the couple decided to start purchasing properties on their own. With bidding wars raising prices sky high, Ruth and Michael stayed persistent and made offers every where they could and believed for what Billy Epperhart calls a Kairos Moment, a Greek word that means the appointed time in the purposes of God. After months of persistence, Ruth and Michael’s patience paid off. While bidding on a home, the seller chose Ruth and Michael’s offer even though their price was twenty-thousand pounds lower than other offers.

With that first home they began to build wealth. Utilizing a principle taught by Billy known in the real-estate world as B-R-R-R-R or Buy-Rehab-Rent-Refinance-Repeat, Ruth and Michael leveraged that first investment into a portfolio of multiple properties, and today they have been able to quit their other jobs and focus on real-estate.

As they continue to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat, they set their sights on India where in addition to spreading the good news of the Gospel, they will teach others the tools for developing wealth God’s way.
