A four-legged stool can meet the contours of an uneven floor much better than a three-legged one, and it can handle the displacement of weight more efficiently. Life is much the same way. A bumpy world requires the stability provided by a family. If each family member is aligned with God’s will, the weight of life’s trials will be much easier to bear. The strength and solidity of a good and godly home is society’s greatest asset. Let’s consider four basic roles for a successful family unit.
