“The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost” (1 Timothy 1:15). This is the good news of the Gospel, and it is foundational to the Church.

In this passage of Scripture, 1 Timothy 1:12-20, the Apostle Paul points us to at least three truths pertaining to the Gospel: 1) it is designed to save the lost; 2) it is sufficient for the worst of sinners; 3) and it is worth defending. The Church must hold steadfast to the truth of the Gospel!

The following is a sermon from 1 Timothy 1:12-20 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
