Do you realize that our God is a God who IS rich in mercy? He didn’t send His Son to cleanse us from all of our sins just because He felt like it. His nature is to forgive and show grace.

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ.” (Ephesians 2:4-5)
