Following Jesus isn't an exemption from suffering, but rather an invitation to walk through our deepest pain differently. As we process grief, we look to Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane to see how He handled being completely crushed by sorrow. Remember, "you’ll never heal unless you’re real," so it’s time to stop isolating, stop pretending, and surrender your heavy burdens to a God who understands exactly what you are going through.
