Father, how is it that we can be so weak and follow after our own desires and not yours? Does pride seep in and have that much of an influence on us? Why do we not seek your glory? Even your children in the time of Noah(NcH) grew weak and sought their own ambitions; and so it is still no different today. They sought to build a tower and a city that would reach unto the heavens. What they had feared, had become a reality. What they thought they could prevent, actually brought it about through their actions. Though they desired not to be scattered, through the building of the city and the tower, this is what caused their scattering. So it was in those days, they were scattered and their speech was confused... they had different languages, hence Babel(BBL). But Jesus has come to gather us together... all of us children that have been scattered. We shall be united with God our Father through his grace and mercy; and our trust and belief in Jesus Christ. He is our savior, reconciliation and mediator with our Father. Through Jesus, our sins may be atoned for and forgiven, so that we may enter into his grace and have eternal life.
