Jesus came to demonstrate the Kingdom of God to us, not in words, but in power with authority. He said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me to preach the good news to the captives and to heal the broken-hearted.” He spoke to quiet the wind and the waves. He turned water into wine. He raised the dead to life again. He demonstrated something we don’t understand, and it requires us to believe in spiritual authority and spiritual power. Jesus is the Father’s greatest gift to humanity, and the Spirit of Jesus is His greatest gift to His followers and the essential requirement for living His way of life and fulfilling His great commission. So, simply say, “Heavenly Father, I would like to learn, and Holy Spirit, I ask You to help me.”
