“The Triumph of the Lamb”
I. Introduction:
A. Jesus is the omniscient one (All KNOWING)
B. Jesus is the omnipresent one (Ever PRESENT)
C. Jesus is the omnipotent one (All POWERFUL)
D. The first time He came, He wore a robe of SHAME and was MOCKED
E. When He comes again, He’ll sit upon the THRONE of His glory and be revealed as LORD
1 Timothy 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
7-Rev.1.8" class="scriptRef">Revelation 1:7-8 7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
II. The Setting (v 9)
A. John has been EXILED to the isle of Patmos
B. God gives John a VISION of the Lord Jesus

III. Ten Things John Saw About the Lord Jesus (v 12-18)
A. He is the RESURRECTED Christ with undiminished humanity (v 12-13)
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
B. He is the REIGNING Christ with unrivaled majesty (v 13)
John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
Romans 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
C. He is the RIGHTEOUS Christ with unblemished purity (v 14)
Isaiah 1:18
1. If we do not CONFESS Jesus as Lord and ACCEPT His salvation, then we will stand before Him for JUDGMENT

D. He is the REVEALING Christ with unhindered scrutiny (v 14)
Hebrews 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
E. He is the RELENTLESS Christ with untarnished integrity (v 15)

F. He is the REGAL Christ with unchallenged authority (v 15)

G. He is the RULING Christ with unequaled majesty (v 16)
H. He is the REVENGING Christ with unspoiled victory (v 16)

I. He is the RESPLENDENT Christ with undimmed glory (v 16)

J. He is the REASSURING Christ with undiluted deity (v 17-18
