What did you expect from the LORD today? Did you expect grace and strength to meet your trials? I believe that I am right with God. As His child, I believe I have the privilege of asking Him for help. However, my uprightness requires His activity in my life. My upright life will not support me if it is separated from God. We will never deserve God's help just because we are doing all the right things. The most upright person among this evening is as weak as all of us. If God left any of us to ourselves, we would know that that is true.
