Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching through the Book of Romans in this sermon on Roman 15:14-21 entitled, "Three Marks of Legitimate Gospel Ministry."

How do you know the difference between ministries that are legitimate and those that are fraudulent? The truth is that legitimate Gospel ministry builds mature Christians through faithful biblical teaching by the power of the Holy Spirit.

In Romans 15:14-21, the Apostle Paul gives the reasons why he is satisfied with the ministry going on at the church in Rome in those days. The reasons he gives are some of the essential marks of legitimate Gospel ministry.

Every Christian should look for and be part of a local Church which is actively functioning as a faithful Gospel ministry. A legitimate Gospel ministry 1) results in mature, disciple-making Christians; 2) requires bold and repetitious instruction of the Christian doctrines; and 3) relies on the power of the Holy Spirit to accomplish God’s work.

The following is a sermon from Romans 15:14-21 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
