In
Matthew 24:27 Jesus said "For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man." He did not say that he is returning here. That came later in
Matthew 24:30, 31 "Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other." Jack Van Impe said that Jesus returns in
Matthew 24:27. That dose not say that. I hate liars and so don God. Jim Bakker stated that he was wrong not for being with a prostitute and tax evasion, but that he was wrong for believing that you have to make lots of money to be a Christian and tou have to own lots of things inorder to proster. That is what he was wron about. He was set up by the prostitute and other so called Christian that didn't believe in his vision.
