Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching through The Book of 1 Thessalonians in this sermon on 1 Thessalonians 2:17-3:13 entitled, "Two Essentials for Firmly Established Faith."

Do you want to have faith in Christ that is unshakeable? You can, but you there are two necessities you need to be aware of. Both the Word of God and work of God are essential for your faith to be firmly established.

The Apostle Paul was rightly concerned for the Thessalonians Christians, that their faith may have been shaken by suffering. In response, he sent the young pastor, Timothy, to minister to them and was greatly encouraged by the report he received: that their faith was firm, and their love was abounding. In this great passage of the pastor’s concern for God’s people, we see the two essentials for firmly established faith; two essentials that we all so desperately need to be aware of.

The following is a sermon from 1 Thessalonians 2:17-3:13 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
