The truth is we cannot live this life as purpose-filled Jesus followers without the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowers us He empowers us to live differently to overcome to be set apart. And so how do we steward this? We have this oil. We have the act of anointing and God's given this to us. There's a quote from D.L Moody He's a theologian and he says "The anointing of God is entrusted to us It is not ours to manipulate only to steward faithfully."
