Title: Walk in Love – Don’t Meander in Immorality
Text: Ephesians 5:1-6

Frequently, throughout the Apostle Paul’s letters, he commands believers to “walk” in a certain way. He uses the action of walking to illustrate how we should live our faith in daily life. Then he quickly gives detailed explanations to ensure that his readers understand what proper conduct is or isn’t for believers. We should walk according to our new life in Christ and avoid meandering into patterns of sin. We could say it like this: “God has transformed us to walk intentionally on a path that leads to His glory and we should avoid acting like off-road vehicles meandering recklessly into sin.” Paul gives specific insights about our moral lives in this passage – insights that seem incredibly current for 2021.
