The government tells us where and when we cannot say the name of Jesus, pray, or post The Ten Commandments—and our fear keeps us silent. Well, it's time for God's people to awaken from our slumber, not to be more political but to resume our relationship with the Creator of Heaven and Earth and recognize He's the author of our freedom. We need to understand we cannot live apart from or in disobedience to Him and still imagine we will have that freedom and liberty. Repenting of our adulterous flirtation with freedom apart from God is the only pathway to true freedom and real liberty. God's people are the key.
