Verses 26-31… God opens an effective door of ministry for Paul.

Five things happened to the church after Saul’s conversion:  Church – (Greek = Ecclessia =” the called out ones”..  the body of Christ)

#1.  The church enjoyed peace… Philippians 4:6-7… Romans 5:1…
John 14:27… Isaiah 26:3… Isaiah 26:12… Romans 14:17-19…

#2.  The church was being “built up”… Ephesians 2:19-22…
Colossians 2:6-7… 1st Peter 2:5-6… Matthew 16:13-18…

#3.  The church was going on in the fear of the Lord.
Deuteronomy 6:1-2… Deuteronomy 10:12-13… Job 28:28…
Psalm 111:10… Proverbs 1:7… Proverbs 2:1-5… Proverbs 15:33…

#4.  The church had the comfort of the Holy Spirit… John 14:26…

#5.  The church continued to increase with new believers…
