God is doing something in the earth that makes standing up for Him more challenging. But standing up spiritually is necessary for our survival. We read about Peter denying Jesus and we think, “Oh, poor Peter.” But we’ve denied Him with our silence in settings where people ridicule the Church. mock godliness, or take the Lord’s name in vain. This is an invitation to begin to stand up for Jesus in every area of your life—at work, with friends and family, and with your neighbors. We have been sitting down hiding in the shadows for too long. Let’s begin to stand.
