You are a mirror of what you are gazing at.

The difference between seeing and looking is that seeing is like catching a glimpse. Looking is intentional. It means put attention into what we are seeing.

When we gaze at material things, it takes us away from the plan of God.

God is the ONLY one that can provide solutions for any problem you are going through.

You cannot serve two masters - Matthew 6:24.

Reasons to look unto Jesus
1) To build and maintain a relationship with Christ.

2) To overcome the storms of life - Matthew 14:27-33.

3) To live above sin - Genesis 39:9.

4) To finish well - Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV).
