Here is another of the scripture songs I put together in 2001 as a morning devotion exercise. It's taken me a while to put this up, because I made a slight mistake when I recorded this song back in 2002. I mistakenly substituted the word "God" for "Christ" in the first stanza. Not a big mistake, but nevertheless, I didn't realize it until years after I made the recording! May this song be a blessing to those who listen, because I really am persuaded that nothing can separate us from the love of God!
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
shall tribulation, or distress,
or persecution, or famine,
or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Nay, in all these things
we are more than conquerors
through him that loved us.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,
nor angels, nor principalities,
nor powers, nor things present,
nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth,
nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God,
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
