Our nation has never been uniquely or totally Christian, but the values that have shaped us have undeniably been defined by a Judeo-Christian worldview. How have we arrived at a place where our Judeo-Christian worldview and biblical values are being broadly mocked, ridiculed, and rejected? The first line of defense—the Church—has failed and capitulated almost completely. We are the ones who must uphold those values. If we, within Christianity, don't believe in and are not willing to give voice to these values, we've rejected obedience to the authority of Scripture and our assignment to be salt and light. Every generation must make a choice for themselves. Let’s begin to say to the Lord, “Lord, I want to follow You.”
