Too often, we treat holiness like an obligation—something we have to do instead of something we want to become. But what if we actually desired purity? What if we wanted to be faithful, honest, and righteous—not because we’re supposed to, but because we long to be more like Christ?

This is why we need the Holy Spirit. We can’t force ourselves into holiness. We need Him to change us, to transform our hearts, to keep shaping us into the people God created us to be.

So, are you asking God to fill you with His Spirit so you can become more like Him? Because the kind of person you become at the end of your life is being shaped right now.
