How to defeat worry? Worry is an age-old problem. That is why we have Jesus addressing it in his very first sermon to the first-century audience. In life, there are lots of reasons to worry. And lots of things to worry about. We worry about our careers, our health, our finances, and our relationships. Whatever the reason, excessive worrying can be destructive if not handled properly. That is why Scripture says we need to deal with worry. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus gives three remedies for worry. This meditation is on these three remedies.

00:00 - Three Remedies to Worry (6:25-34)
05:07 - One: Placing our trust in God (6:26, 30)
08:51 - Two: Prayer and Thanksgiving (6:25-33)
