You have 500 negative thoughts a day. Someone might be reading this and think, "Wow, that many?" Others might think, "Wow, that's it?"

The thing is we're all subject to negative thoughts from time to time. There's a real enemy who doesn't just want to bum you out. He wants to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But thankfully, we have a Savior who's much stronger. All we have to do is continue to call out to Him, and He promised we would not only have life, but have it to the full (John 10:10).
