"We live in a day when the hope of a previous generation seems to be empty..." (p. 1). People today crave hope, yet just as in generations past they are looking for it in all the wrong places. In this timeless booklet, James Boice calls readers back to the only hope we have: The salvation we have in Jesus Christ. "Nothing in my hand I bring; simply to the Cross I cling."
James Montgomery Boice, Th.D. was a Reformed theologian, Bible teacher, and pastor of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia from 1968 until his death. He is heard on The Bible Study Hour radio broadcast and was a well known author and speaker in evangelical and Reformed circles.
