Then, lastly, it is contended that, at present at all events, the trust, with reference to the appointment of a Minister, is one which is wholly inconsistent with the general consti tution of Methodism, - nearly the same point as I last re ferred t0, - and that that trust, at least, cannot prevail, and that some scheme, with reference to that portion 'of the trust, must be devised, in order that the trust may be fully and beneficially carried into effect under the direction of the Court.
