➡️ What does it mean to be a person of belief in a season when skepticism is more popular? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the middle ground of being “almost persuaded” to believe in Jesus. Jesus submitted Himself to be baptized by John, and He commanded His disciples to wait to be baptized in the Holy Spirit before they left Jerusalem. Baptism was important to Jesus, and it’s wise to learn why it should be important to us, too. If we choose to yield to the power of God and follow His commands, we help His Kingdom come and His will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

➡️ Jesus’s first directive was not to believe, but to repent. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses how repentance leads to faith—it’s a foundational practice we cannot afford to ignore. Our salvation is an expression of grace—we didn’t earn it, we don’t deserve it, and it’s not based on merit. But for Jesus to be Lord of our lives, we need to regularly repent and yield our will to Him. Jesus is Lord of everything, or He’s not Lord of anything. Pastor Allen offers steps we can take toward repentance, inviting the Spirit of God to give us eyes to see and ears to hear what He wants us to show us.
