King David desired to build the Temple and house the Ark for God. The Creator denied his request, yet David was allowed to purchase the land, build the alter, render the archtectual plans, and purchase the material.

In this weeks lesson, King David, the first king of an everlasting dynasty does not question God to why he was not allowed to build the temple, yet instead, David displays gratitute and humility. He maintains a postive and humble mindset.
