The biblical account of how God judged the wickedness of all people with a worldwide flood, but used Noah's Ark to preserve a remnant teaches us several important truths. God is concerned with the whole world and with society, he cannot tolerate sin, and he will yet again judge the whole world--but preserve a remnant of people that he has redeemed for himself.
