The parallelism of the first line isn't in the text but gives two alternate translations of the text (wanderings vs tossings). "Are they not" is a bit ambiguous (tossings or tears) but the point is clear - God knows all our sadness.

A few slip-ups. The biggest is that this should be "Walk *About* Zion". Also, "*He* will guide us forever" (in the tag) but the personal touch is nice too. 
I would fix this but it took me a long time to get a take this clean while playing.

This is a longer section to give context to a famous verse. I saw this psalm in a new light by reading 2 Peter. Unless we see and remember how God humbles the nations and brings desolation to warring rebellious kings, we will forget that he is present with us.
