Our study this morning begins immediately where we left off last week, after Jesus had taught us a lot about the Law of God. In today’s text, we’ll see that the Pharisees and the scribes have now been dismissed by Jesus, but the crowds of common folk that were with Jesus before His encounter with the Pharisees and scribes, are now called forward by Jesus to listen to Him preach. 
 
And that gets us into this morning’s study.
