Let's canvas our nation with Christmas prayers this year. We can do this together. It's Christmas—Jesus came to help us, and we're going out into the community to make a difference for Him. Merry Christmas! God has given you a unique assignment and opportunity to lead with your faith this Christmas.

Jesus has been pushed further and further to the margins for quite a while now. He is less welcome in the public square and in the workplace. Well, Christmastime seems to be more pronounced than other seasons. So, here's my suggestion—let's not spend our time grumbling and complaining about what is or is not. Let's decide to be the difference makers. This Christmas, we're on assignment for Jesus. When we go to work, when we take a walk around the neighborhood, and when we gather with our friends—no matter who has organized the gathering or what the ultimate purpose is—let's go in with a sense of joy and celebration because we're celebrating the birth of Jesus.

This is the time of year provides the opportunity to lead with your faith more than any other time of year. When you gather with people, I want to encourage you that there are some simple and non-confrontational ways to do that. You can pray for them, send them an encouraging card, and let them know you are thankful for them.

This is the time of year provides the opportunity to lead with your faith more than any other time of year. When you gather with people, I want to encourage you that there are some simple and non-confrontational ways to do that. This Christmas, we are intentionally leading with our faith together in our homes and in our community. Christmas is a target rich environment because there's a lot of pressure at the holiday season with upcoming family gatherings, food preparation, home decoration, gift giving, and budgets to be met. When you hear a need expressed in a casual conversation, remember our "Let's Pray" idea, and offer a one-sentence prayer. 
 
Maybe someone will mention, "I'm going to go meet with my family, and there's a lot of stress, division, and tension." It's a moment for you to respond, "Let's pray—Lord, I pray for this family. May they be filled with joy this Christmas season." 
 
Perhaps someone says they're traveling for the holiday. "Okay, let's pray—Father, let it be a a peaceful trip without incident. In Jesus' name, amen." 
 
If someone says, "I don't know how I'm gonna make the budget. My kids need something." "Well, let's pray—Father, I pray that you'll make a way where there seems to be no way."

There is something happening in our world that can’t be fully understood in terms of nation states, political intrigue, or economic forces. We are witnessing a presentation of Paganism—a descent into demonic, dehumanizing, violent, sadistic behavior. It leads us to this unmistakable conclusion of the importance of our faith. Breakthrough…Immovable Barriers

Can you imagine a God who brings judgment upon nations, or do you think that’s just something in biblical antiquity, like during the time of Jeremiah, the prophet? It’s a very important question for us. You see, God deals with us as individuals, such as in personal salvation. But it is equally a biblical truth that God brings judgment upon nations. The awkwardness is, that when that happens, the righteous suffer as well. 
 
Folks, our nation is at a tipping point. We’re either going to engage the ungodliness now where we are planted, or we will experience God’s judgment. It’s time to find our voice and to stand up for what is right.

➡️ It's important to know what to do in a crisis because, at that point, it's too late to be developing a plan. You need to plan for a crisis before it happens. 
 
Well, we're in the midst of a crisis. The outcome of our current patterns of behavior will be a complete disruption of our way of life—it's simply not sustainable. We've taken God's principles and set them aside. We have chosen rebellion against Almighty God. In fairness, this isn't unique to our generation. It has happened many times throughout history. That's why the Bible presents us with a God of redemption and restoration. We need the help of the Holy Spirit.

We’re living in a time where, apart from the power of God, we will neither flourish nor survive. And we don’t believe we can rightly understand how the power of God can be demonstrated in our lives, community, and families apart from understanding God's love. Now, the best way to understand God's love for you is in terms of valuation, and the value of your life in God's economy is expressed in what He was willing to offer on your behalf. The Bible says the payment for our redemption was not with gold, silver, or the blood of an animal. What was required to purchase us out of bondage and slavery to sin was the blood of Jesus. It required a cross. Your value in the eyes of the Creator of Heaven and Earth is off the chart! God loves you. It doesn't mean He'll give you permission for everything or wink at every behavior. He will invite you into a life of holiness, purity, and godliness. But God loves you, and you’re important to Him.
