2014-11-02 Revelation 11:1-4 The two witnesses keep Israel alive. Once the rapture takes place, the prophecy program resumes. The problem is that there is no believing remnant initially, which allows the Antichrist to destroy the temple, build a temple to Satan, and then try to sit on that throne to declare Satan to be the God of the earth. However, God gives Jesus Christ 3 1/2 years to form a believing remnant in Israel, while the 2 witnesses keep Satan at bay, by not allowing him to set foot in the temple. Thus, Satan's plan is foiled by the 2 witnesses.

2014-08-10 Hebrews 9:27 says that everyone dies once, after that is the judgment. Yet, there are examples in the Bible of people, who die twice or do not die at all. This tells us that the death everyone must die is not a physical death. Rather, it is the death of the soul. For those who believe in Jesus' blood as atonement for their sins, they receive the free gift of eternal life and are placed in Christ. Those, who do not, remain in Adam and will be judged to the lake of fire.

2014-08-10 Revelation 7:9 Speaking in tongues saves a great multitude. A believing remnant will go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel during the great tribulation. The Jewish religion will arrest them and put them on trial. The Holy Ghost speaks through the believing remnant in tongues such that everyone hears the gospel to them in their own tongues, such that a great multitude receive eternal life in God's earthly kingdom.

2014-07-27 Revelation 6:12-17 Sixth seal (wrath of the Lamb). After the tribulation period is over, God turns off the lights. The sun, moon, and stars stop shining. God gives the world 45 days of utter darkness to think. Half of all Jews will make the decision to have faith in God, while most of the rest of the world will call upon their god (evolution) to save them from the wrath of the Lord Jesus Christ.

For the remainder of chapter 4, Paul uses the allegory of Hagar, Ishmael, Sarah, and Isaac to show that, today, we are under the law until being saved. Once believing in the faith of Jesus Christ, we live free in the grace of God. Therefore, we are to cast out the law. Those, wanting to keep the law alive, seek to make "a fair shew in the flesh" (6:12), rather than walking in the Spirit, because the cross offends them (5:11).

2014-07-13 Galatians 4:1-20 From servants (law) to sons (grace). By believing in the faith of Jesus Christ, we become heirs of God, receiving eternal life. The Holy Spirit is the down payment of this. This takes us out from under the law. It is Christian peer pressure that causes people to want to go back under the law and act like little children, instead of living in the grace of God and walking in the Spirit to serve God by the faith of Jesus Christ.

2014-07-06 Galatians 3:22-29 Faith kills the law. We are all born with a sin nature (Romans 5:12), and it took God's holy law (Romans 7:12) to show us that we will receive the eternal wrath of God (Romans 1:18; 4:15) if we do not trust in Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection for our sins (I Corinthians 15:3-4). Once we come to faith, the law's purpose is gone (Galatians 3:22-26). God makes us dead to the law (Romans 6:10-11) and marries us to Christ as His body (Romans 7:1-4). We then receive the dry baptism by the Holy Spirit into Christ's death (Romans 6:3-5; Ephesians 4:4-6; I Corinthians 12:13; I Corinthians 1:17) so that we are identified with his death so that we can be identified with His resurrection life. We are given eternal life, and our lives are hid in Christ (Colossians 3:1-3) so that we may then walk in the good works that God had before ordained (Ephesians 2:10).

2014-07-06 Revelation 5:7-14 Israel is God's priests and kings. Jesus takes the book of seven seals (5:7) in answer to the saints' prayers for judgment of the wicked (5:8). The result of the seven-year judgment is that Israel is redeemed out of the Gentiles (5:9) and made kings and priests in God's eternal kingdom on earth (5:10). The opening of the book causes creation to praise God for delivering them from the curse (5:13).

2014-06-29 Galatians 3:15-21 Law does not void God's promises. God makes a covenant with Abram in Genesis 15. Through the revelation given to the apostle Paul, we now know that that covenant refers to the body of Christ that God started with Paul in Acts 9 to reconcile the heavenly places back to God. Christ fulfills the provisions of that covenant, meaning that man only has to have faith in Christ. There is no work required on his part. This is in contrast to the law covenant, which God made with Israel, which is conditional based upon their performance. Why, then, would the Galatians want to go back under the law, which Israel could not perform?

2014-06-08 Our justification is by the faith OF Jesus Christ (2:16). It is His faith that gives us eternal life. We are under the curse of the law, having sinned. Because Christ lived a sinless life, He became a curse for us when He hung on Calvary's tree. Thus, through the law, we are made dead to the law, so that we might live in Christ, by having our lives hid in Christ. If we do not allow the faith of Christ to cause us to live the sanctified life, then we frustrate the grace of God, and Christ is dead to us.

2014-06-01 Galatians 2:11-15 Peter goes to the Gentiles. Although the 12 apostles were sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel and they were to go only to Israel until Jesus' second coming, Peter goes to the Gentiles in Acts 10. That is because the prophecy program has been put on hold, and God commissioned Peter to give the Holy Ghost to saved Gentiles, leaving James, the half brother of Jesus, as the leader of saved Jews within the prophecy dispensation.
